    A family member recommended me to Jeenee. I received my new SIM within a week of purchase, and they ported my number from another carrier within 24 hours of my request to activate it. Data and calls worked straight away and I haven't needed to speak to anyone, everything was done online. It's early days but I'm very impressed so far.

    I've been with jeenee for a few years now and always had great coverage and speeds in and around Sydney. Their customer service and value for money is also great. I would however recommend logging in every so often and checking if you can get a better deal. It's easy to change between plans through the myJeenee page. Overall much better experience than dealing with the larger companies.

    Phone service 10/10 - uses Optus network so almost always have coverage. Excellent mobile data speeds. Website and app 10/10 - website is easy to navigate and the app is easy to set up and use to track your phone and data usage. Customer service 10/10

    I just want to make it known That I cancelled my account today 06/09/2019 after just one or two days of applying for a Jeenee service. I was not happy with the product. This cancellation is within the ten day cooling off period as is the law under Australian Law. I do not believe the person who took my call made any effort whatsoever to cancel my account. All he seemed interested in was getting me off the line It is the end of the working day and the service has not been cancelled. Roger
